2. About DirectoryJuice Inc. — Affiliate-Only Business Model

DirectoryJuice Inc. operates exclusively as an affiliate referral website. This means:

We do not sell, manufacture, ship, or fulfill any products or services directly.

We earn commissions from third-party merchants ("Merchants") when users click our affiliate links and complete qualifying actions (purchases, sign-ups, etc.) on those Merchants' platforms.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a Merchant. Any personal information you provide to a Merchant during a purchase is governed by that Merchant's own privacy policy.

Web server and analytics logs: Up to 26 months, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

Contact inquiries: Retained for up to 2 years after the last correspondence, then securely deleted.

Affiliate click and conversion data: Retained for up to 7 years for tax and commission auditing purposes, consistent with CRA requirements for business records.

When personal information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or de-identified so that it can no longer be linked to you.

8. Security of Personal Information
